Questionable interest and charges being app**** to Homeloan

Good Afternoon,

I have an outstanding amount that does not seem to decrease and is constantly changing. This outstanding balance is exponentially growing. I do not get statements, even though the correct email address has been supp**** several times. The call center agents are just not equipment to understand and resolve this issue.
