Query solved same day

#support local, I had a problem with my personal loan with nedbank, sent them a DM on twitter, they rep**** immediately, forwarded my query to the correct department , they called me within hour's, query was solved same day , the consultant were amazing, calm, patient, very clear when they speak ,follow ups were done, nedbank is the best
