QUERY NOT RESOLVED A WEEK LATER :(

Called Nedbank on the 14th of May 2025 @11:50am to lodge a query (log number: ***9) was told i will get feedback within 2 business days till to date nothing on their side. Worse part when i call the call center everyone is telling me a different story, and my issue is not yet resolved. Its really frustrating to me as a customer as i am unable to make transfers on my account.
