Query deposit made into my account

I went to Nedbank Strand to get a statement for money that had been deposited every month into my account by one specific depositor. I expected the enquiry assistant to query the name of the depositor and show me the list of payment for the various months money was deposited by this specific depositor. They enquiry assistant said that she is unable to execute a query for a specific depositor. I mentioned to the enquiry assistant that I can do the query on the banking app and it extract the information I require for a specific depositor but I can't print the document. I find this to be absurd. Nedbank is obviously using antiquated computer systems at the branches.
