I have a 32 days investment with Nedbank, And I recently visited the branch on the 4th July 2020 At maponya mall for an early release withdrawal, and a consultant named Sifiso assisted me and I submitted document supporting reason why I needed the early release , however until today i haven’t received any form of feedback as this money is needed urgently, also phoned the callcentre yesterday 06 July 2020 and I was told i needed to phone the exact branch No assistance, inconvenience and inconsistency
