Qualification Botch

Now, for the second time ****ing you people.... YOU PEOPLE..... called me and said I qualify for a credit card in December. Only after waiting for a consultant for 45 minutes, to be told it was declined..... YOU ****ING SAID I QUALIFY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I didn't go there on my own accord...... Here's an idea.... How about you make ****ing sure someone actually completely qualifies before calling them, having them go through that process. With that said you lost a costumer. I ALREADY app**** with Capitec Bank for an account. I ****ing hate having my ****ing time wasted......
