25th December 2018 i received notification for successful payment of R3757.48 from @Nedbanksa. I queried cause it hung for a few days, they said they cannot reverse...so they said they must let it go through first before reversing. I got a report back that they are not responsible therefore they will not return. 1st May 2019 i bought R300 electricity on the money app but did not receive the voucher number, i queried and they send me R100 electricity. Nedbank is a waste.
