If I am still a Nedbank client by the end of this year it will be a miracle. Unable to log into the app and when I called, I'm told it's a known issue with no ETA for resolution! How the hell are we supposed to do transactions? Imagine having an emergency then being this type of bull****. Nedbank's service was once brilliant but since the start of this year, it is deteriorating by the month. Another thing you'll experience is them increasing your bond installment the minute you make extra payments... HOW?! Isn't that supposed to make a positive impact on my account?
