Proof of payment send, loans not consolidated.

I have consolidated 2 loan via a consolidation loan on the 13th of February 2020. I have sent numerous emails, made numerous calls, sent proof of payment, yet the loans were not consolidated.

This means that my account will be debited on the 25th for 2 amounts which should not be debited.

I have received no feedback and am the one who will be suffering the inconvenience.

I need this resolved asap, to avoid my account being debited on the 25th.
