Proof of Payment

Goodmorning I had received a proof of payment on the 16th. I have a reference number, and I have been trying to confirm the legitimacy of this proof .I called in earlier and spoke to 2 consultants, 1 hung up the phone on the, I spoke to Anne she transferred me to commercial, the lady said she couldn't assist , went back to Anne who put me on hold for long and did not bother to assist

The online platform doesn't take the reference number therefore I need to confirm the legitimacy of this POP
