***** promoted by NEDBANK

I called Nedbank on the 20th October 2025 remove an unauthorized debit order mandate loaded on my account. I called again on the 22nd October when the same debit order mandate was loaded & I was told that it was removed & I will not be charged as it was *****. On payday I realized the debit order went off & Nedbank cahrde me R150 (R75X2) for the removal of *****ulent debit orders but which still debited my account. I called them again today (27th October) & the lady just didn't want to assist me at all. She insisted that the R150 is justified & I have to contact the third party that debited my account *****ulently. This tells me that our money is certainly NOT safe with this bank & I am definitely moving my account.
