Promises

Ive got my homeloan at Nedbank and over a period of time ive paid more on my bond and wanted to draw the money, went to Nedbank Carletonville and was greeted by a floor manager who clearly did not know what was going on or where to send me.From phoning Nedbank head office to standing for an hour and a half to wait for the homeloans consultant then they realised that i was in the wrong queue and then only i could full in the forms.The sales consultant couldnt answer my questions on the form and had to run up and down to find out.Now they promised to pay out in 2 days and still waiting for my money.PLEASE HELP
