promise not kept and bad attitude Sphesihle

nedbank service is pathetic, i requested to be called back 2 days ago while chatting to Thuthukile who advised me a consultant will call me back i gave her a specific time which they didnt adhere to i then chat with her again and advised her no one called and requested to be called back at 14:15pm i then chatted with Puleng who asked me when she can call me i gave her the same time 14:15pm yet no one called i then went back on my app chat with sphesihle and advised her that i am still waiting to be called back from puleng and explained why i needed to be called back she then said i must call to get assistance i told her puleng was suppose to call me she then said she cant see those chats. she later called me with a very arrogant attitude telling how busy their consultants is with other clients i found her tone very rude and unprofessional by the way, she asked me when they can call me again i told her they can call me today at 9am she promised it will be done till now no one has called me back even full steam sphesihle. being a long standing nedbank customer, is this the type of service that i will be getting from nedbank just because i requested a call back and stated my reason for it? the way sphesihle could tell me how busy they are with other clients made it sound like i dont matter as a client. these guys needs serious client service training they need to know how to speak to clients
