Profile suspension

My banking profile is temporarily suspended with no notifications, no calls no sms if were there any suspicious activities. I get it that sometimes is for my own protection but the inconvenience of having to go queue in the branch. Tomorrow is my debit orders will not go through i wanted to access money app so i can do a transfer but my app and online banking are unreachable. Why is my profile suspended😭😭😭😭
