Profile not Activated for SMS Authorisation

First of all i have been using my app for a long time and i have been getting authorise it request all along and suddenly the app tells me that my SMS authorisation is not activated , I went to the Branch 2-3 times and the same person assisted me , till today since 2020 May/June my APP does not allow me to do transactions even to add a beneficiary or anything that requires authorisation. How on earth in the first place was this deactivated ? And now i am sitting here unable to use my app for other services . I can only pay beneficiaries loaded before. I am not happy at all.
