Here I am again with this ********** bank. Last year was offered a loan and told the consultant that as much as I would like to take that offer I won't be able to as I'm having another loan with them and won't afford cause I'm already having a loan with them, she then told me to hang on while she checks, after a while she told me she cannot trace anything, and few minutes later she then told me it's been closed, asked how's that she insisted that it has been closed, then told her that I'll have to sleep on it and the following day after thinking it through, phoned her to accept but asked for a letter that supports her, she told me I can get that at the branch, then boom the money was deposited into my account. Wrote her an appreciation letter she didn't respond and that worried me, the following day went to the branch at their personal loan department, the gentleman who was assisting me also told me that he can only see 1 loan which is the recent one. It was then I decided to spend the money, only to find out that month end both loans debited me, phoned them and was spoke to Trymayn who located the other loan and told me it was not linked to my profile (which I was told has been fixed,have a this too here on helopeter) logged a complain took them 2 months to resolve it with the same way they've offered me and I declined. To me this is a reckless credit lending as they were supposed to check my credit before lending me anything. I'm paid through them, send them my payslip and even gave them a consent to check my credit. I'm willing to take this further as I'm feed up with Nedbank selfishness and their **********
