Professional bundle, just false promises

We have our bonds and car loan with Nedbank and they have been pesting me to bring my cheque account /credit card / salary deposit account over to them. They kept pitching the professional bundle that will cost more monthly but I will get priority service and lower rates. After 7 weeks this week it will be 2 months ago when I gave all the required documents to the private banker, my cheque account is finally sorted but at prime rate and I still do not have my credit card. They have been promising to deliver it for 2 weeks now.
