Professional banking does not provide professional service when you need it

Professional banking is not professional. My car loan debit order is going off the wrong cheque account. I have struggled a month to fix it, various calls, emails. They charge me multiple fees for their mistake. This should not have happened in the first place, my personal banker is WELL aware of which cheque account is my transactional account, yet she cannot fix it urgently.
