Professional Banking

I went online to open a professional banking account, filled all the information even though I had this type of account before, all credit checks done and attached proof of income, I then sent email to Nedbank for feedback and the lady who called me said we need to do new application as she cant find the one I did online which will then prompt another credit check which I was not comfortable with, what's the point of applying online if application is not going anywhere, Reference no : ***
