Processing of ********** application for credit

Reported a case of ********** credit card application telephonically on 11 March 2020. 13 March 2020, the ********** application was successfully processed. Have been contacting the bank since, they will take you from pillar to post, refer you from one consultant to another without getting any help whatsoever. Not impressed with the no response to emails and no customer service at all. Months down the line, still no feedback on ********** credit card.
