Problems with Nedbank

I have been locked out of my Nedbank account for about 6 weeks. I have sent numerous emails and received feedback that things will be sorted out. I have sent emails to ***, to Nokubonga Dimba as well as to ***. My first contact with Nedbank was on 17 October 2025. Reference number ***. To date, I still have no access to my account.
