Problems but Great staff Members

While my issue is not resolved and it is evidently completely beyond my branches ability to resolve, as its is backend app and credit card related.. The service and effort recieved from Jackie in the Vangate Mall Branch is to be recognized.. She has went over and beyond to assist with my issue and even though not resolved, i am not losing my mind or wanting to change banks etc etc all because of how Jackie handled the issue.. this will keep customers around until Nedank resolves their bigger issues.
