Problem with Nedbank,to hear both side of the story regarding the my late husband and his brother

I had a problem with Nedbank people, apparently my late husband and his brother bought a house together 2007 and I was not part of his life then,the only problem is we got married in community of property,so somewhere around May this year I got summons to go to the high court,to say I'm failing to do my duty as his administrator.when I arrive in court on the 17 June they told me that they are giving me 3 months to sell the house that they brothers bought together filling to do they will remove me as the administrator and they told me that they have been looking for me 3 years 10 months what suprise me I bank with Nedbank but they say they were failing to find me so I need to pay R6170.50.can you guys help me with Nedbank so that they can hear my side of the story and another thing how can I pay another man s house whereas he earn more money than me.
