Problem with Nedbank App

All my cards are showing under 'Cards' on my Nedbank App, EXCEPT for my Gold Credit Card ending in ****. I called the help desk twice and was kept on the line for more than 30 minutes and the agent went back and forth and the problem is still not resolved. My account is linked and I can go to the account but the card is not showing under 'Physical Cards' on the app.
