I'm sure they're alright for regular banking, but the second you need support its become a nightmare.

I've had an ongoing ***** case for over 10 weeks, which is insane given the 4-9 weeks window they give is already far longer than other banks. The investigator numbers they give my just ring and are never answered and despite the case being escalated 4 times, if not more, I have yet to be called by a single person despite being told someone will reach out each time the case has been escalated.
