Private client is worse than a capitec savings account

I hope the rating had a negative 10. They charge people excessive fees for being a private banker, yet the bankers are nowhere to be found. I have been contacting my banker for over 2 weeks, calls aren't being answer, emails, nothing. I wonder if it was all worth it at the end of the day paying all those extra fees for nothing. Good bank I think, but, just go for the cheapest option.
