Private Business Banking Nedbank

18 years with Nedbank business. 5 debit orders bounce (and subsequently get sorted) and I get a negative rating by bank. Then beg so called personal banker Gloria 3 days to help me sort it. At first got one liner it not her job. Then after snotty email finally attempts to do her job. But to late too slow Credit guarantee pulls my cover and supplier stops in its track to supply me but hey my personal banker left the office early Friday. Hope u have a **** week end Gloria.
