Private bundle downgrade not done

I am very dissatisfied Nedbank client... Nedbank has brought nothing but stress in my life...on the 29th of May 2025 I app**** for my account to be downgraded from private bundle to mi-goal plus with the help of your banker Florah Menoe but still Nedbank deducted maintenance fee of R 450 instead of R99 I no longer afford the private bundle hence I requested the downgrade I am now stressed I need that money reversed, I did enquire with the banker she said there are system issues that was after I sent another follow up , she is just not communicating with me I really do not see that need of being a private client as I don't not get the service I expect , NEDBANK I NEED MY MONEY BACK ...ref NR ***....
