Private banking, very poor service

We signed the forms a month ago with our private bankers Ragmah and Lydia to open a business account and it is still not done. After trying to follow up with the branch manager today, they suddenly make up a stupid story that we have to sign another form to confirm our personal details I am not sure why Nedbank is pushing private banking so much and charging high fees for it when they cannot provide the service
