Opened a private account then requested a private banker , I then received a call the very next day and had to switch to a private clients account . Had a few accounts which were in areas that I needed to bring upto date made the banker aware that I want to pay in full as I want to apply to vehicle finance . She told me what to do then , I call her a few weeks later and I'm ignored I get a whatsapp reply furthermore I'm frustrated that she's taking me around in circles and not providing me with a direct answer. She made my wife open up an account got my kids accounts from a clients view it was just to make her profile look good as I'm not valuable enough and I'm put on the back burner . Her initial words that I need to reach out to her with regards to assistance on financial matters but reaching out is only frustration as there is no proper response and I'm told that I'm addressing In an unpolite manner.
