Private banking service - Nedbank

As a non-profit club we have tried to change our Club Treasurer details for almost 2 months. Meeting with the private bank division of Lakeview campus and subsequent email correspondence to date, nothing is resolved. Our club members are most frustrated as we are not able to reconcile payments nor pay our creditors. Total shocking service and zero technical acumen available to resolve matters. - email instructions to load profiles don't work. Changes requested at the first meeting - just not done!!!
