Private Bankers blame the Homeloans dept

Nedbank is currently advertising its Platinum account bundle, which offers clients private bankers. I have had the services of Lisa Kekana for some time now, and she has been extremely helpful until it involved taking accountability for incorrect information given about my homeloan. <br> In 11/15, I requested the closing balance for my homeloan, which I duly paid. Since then, I have been shunted around with Lisa blaming the Homeloan department for incorrect information and delays upon which I made decisions and paid additional amounts. I eventually requested my original title deed back, which Lisa assured me was held by Homeloans, but was then contacted by an attorney, requesting thousands. When I spoke to Lisa about this, she seemed similarly confused and outraged and promised to escalate this matter, blaming Homeloans. <br> Lisa and Leanne have not taken any accountability for not determining the correct processes and costs, but rather first repeatedly blamed Homeloans, and then me. I have paid, and paid, and as of today the account remains open with an additional amount reflected. <br> The use of a private banker is great, until it requires accountability and might cost said bank and banker
