Private bankers are glorified tellers

Private banking is a complete joke The private bankers are nothing more than glorified tellers I am left having to call the call center and sit on hold for ages because the internet banking isnt working, like most other things.

We have been struggling with private bankers for YEARS and its only getting worse

WHY can you not render a very basic service?

This is completely disappointing
