Private Banker and Mail

I just cant get this!! Did EFT to Nedbank forgot to make immidiate payment for my deb orders i send mail to banker he conferm this will be ok the total of deb orders is R553 Nedbank still return the deb orders and collect R435 for the fail fee!!!! I just cant cant get this!!!! Eazy to collect did the banker read my mail in full or did he just reply with no problen!! Did the banker infact have a loom at the account or did he just reply??????
