Private bank manager my butt !! - The service levels are worse than disgusting - They do not call back, emial back or Whatsapp back. They ignore you. Since August last year I am still waiting for a simple credit card.....but they continue to ignore. They should fired and it is not the first time that I am saying this to Nedbank either for teh same individual !!!!!!!!!
