Prescribed debt

I'm writing this review in shock...I have received a message from NEDBANK:Call Attorney Lubbe , Sheriff Liaison *** to confirm the Sheriff's possible visit to your work/home regarding your NRR Acc. Ref TPF134264. I have been paying nedbank loan for years now...I banked with them until 2017....I closed all my accounts with them and joined another bank, but stil paying off my loan..I was never aware that I have a debt with my current account. According to the law its been over 3years which my debt if at all I had would have prescribed by now .They were never in contact with me until late last year...I will take this matter to the Ombudsman as this is just ********.
