Prescribed debt

It had not been acknowledged or payment made in more than 9 years. Upon me querying a listing on compuscan and transunion, I was informed that a payment of R 19 000 had been made in June 2016 . This has not been made by me and I can only assume that Nedbank has somehow created this \payment"to avoid prescription. Remove my listings and prescribe the debt!!!!!"""</span></p>
