Prescribed Debt
I was sequestrated in 2009, and rehabilitated but today Nedbank home loans want me to pay my account or be handed over to their attorneys. Ref HLOB 0819. They have send me a text message demanding payment, how is that possible? Done my time with a judgement, now they want to take me back.
