Prescribed account

Good day

I have had a issue with nedbank regarding my personal loan account which prescribed years ago and still it still has not be removed from my itc, it's been 9years!!! I have emailed nedbank they have sent me a paid up letter but yet the debt still reflects negatively and should have been removed already.
