Prescribe loan and the consultant keep dropping calls on me

I been king for more than 3 month for statement I kept asking for. Manager to contact me but no one is getting back to me the line kept being drop while I am being put on hold the loan has prescribe the sold this account to hp attorney that also can't provide me with any info please close this loan off ur servise is very bad
