Prepaid electricity rip-off by Nedbank South Africa

Nedbank first sold me prepaid electricity with no recharge voucher on the 03rd of January 2022. Upon numerous enquiries they provided me with a non working electricity voucher. It seems as if they are not interested in solving the problem. They promised to refund but did not honour the promise.
