Pregnant woman been ****** from mfc and hyundai constantia kloof

Hi one and all. I bought a Nisaan Quashqai 1.6dci at Hyundai constantia kloof on the 25th of July 2019. When I bought the car, I was told by Sibusiso at the dealer who is a salesman that this car is in tip top condition even though it was a second hand vehicle it was practically new I am a mother of 4 and I'm currently expecting my 5th baby and wanted a good reliable spacious family vehicle on the 29th of July my vehicle had been returned to hyundai as the wheel alignment had been out a d the windscreen had a chip and needed to be filled and this was after the vehicle had passed its 125 check after that we encountered numerous problems with the vehicle 1.stop and start was not working 2.clicking sound coming from the engine while driving 3.petrol gage and Km on the dashboard were giving different readings I then called Sibusiso to raise my concerns and he advised that I send a email and he could have the car booked in for the 28th August 2019 Since having the car booked I did not hear any correspondence from my dealership only once i made contact on the 2nd September 2019 to find out if there had been any feedback regarding the vehicle Sibusiso advised that a battery was ordered and will be delivered next Wednesday I never got a y feedback once again a d on the 5th of September is when I raised my dissatisfaction towards this whole thing a d advised that I do not want this vehicle anymore and wanted to cancel the deal we then told Sibusiso we will meet his manager on Saturday the 7th September 2019 this is after him advising us that he was just waiting for payments to be released then he was going to fetch our vehicle from Nissan(after battery was fitted)upon arrival on that Saturday we met Rudy he didn't have the full story he did not know what was going on all he could say is that all the problems we have been experiencing was due to the battery and only then did we find out that a incorrect battery was fitted and then replaced with a new one we then asked for our vehicle a d Rudy didnt even know where the vehicle was just to come and find out it was still at Nissan and could only be collected the Monday 9th September we then went to fetch the vehicle but requested a meeting with the DP at hyundai weltevreden he only knew half the story and was under the influence that we were unreasonable clients he said he was going to take the vehicle a d have a look at it do a full inspection and will get back to us a few hours later he called to advise the vehicle is with him and even after the new battery was fitted a d us being advised that all problems were related to the battery he tells us he is still experiencing the same issues he has to send the car back to Nissan to find out what is going on Nissan called me a few days later to go through my queries as they wanted to know in detail the problems that I was experiencing they said they were going to have a look and the next day my dealership calls to say my vehicle is ready I can collect it so what was done to my vehicle nobody can tell me nissan could not find a problem with the car they just advised that the stop start doesn't work in certain altitudes i have my vehicle they replaced loose clips on the bumper and the lining is completely out my bonnet is loose the brakes now gives a terrible sound when i stop and I still do not have answer's they refusing to take this vehicle back I even ended up in hospital due to all this stress having a early labour scare I am in my last trimester undergoing all this and still have no help with my issue I have been ****** and needed to put it out there so none else goes through this terrible ordeal and too add on the car is not aligned bonnet and and number. I will not rest up until everyone knows what I went through. I mean really is this how they treat women.....
