Praying .....

I have logged 2 Insurance claims with Nedbank one in April 2022 , am still awaiting finalizing by Ombudsman. Recently I logged a claim on the 12th of December 2022 of which i repaired at my own cost.

Verbally told that even this claim has been rejected . first claim was home was not maintained. This recent claim no idea they awaiting manager to sign rejection letter.

We are pensioners and i challenge any one of Nedbank Assessors to visit my property to inspect the general condition of my property. I am certain they will be shocked . Is it purely that Nedbank Refuses to pay and rather pay cost for PVT Builders and assessors. Would like assistance immediately please. my details ***
