Potential ***** happening with Nedbank

I made a payment from Discovery Bank to Nedbank Namibia on the 21st October, Nedbank Namiba had closed the account, so they informed my receipients that the funds were returned to my Discovery Account according to Discovery feedback the funds were delivered to Nedbank Namibia, I feel that since there are problems with Nedbank this issue should be addressed if these funds were taken Nedbank will have to give me answers.
