Postal Code holding back Nedbank loan application

I app**** for a re-loan and was pre-approved on Tuesday 25th June 2019. On Friday when I did follow up was advised that my postal code is holding back the verification process. I have been Nedbank for over a decade and my adress never changed. If I was being told verification of something is holding back. A mere postal code is holding back my application. I did an application because I'm in need of the funds and I will not go to another bank. I'm a nedbank customer. Please review and give update.
