Possibly the best sales assistant at Nedbank

I was recently helped by Arnold Macnab at the Nedbank online application services division during a loan application. I have never received such great service at any other bank. He was helpful and friendly when assisting me over the phone and when we corresponded via email the level of professionalism was impeccable.

I had a few issues with a branch assistant who did not assist me effectively and Arnold went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get things sorted out as quick as possible.

Nedbank can really use Arnold as an example to their other employees on how to approach customer service.
