Positive outcome

I am so impressed with Nedbank. I honestly did not expect for them to listen and react positively to my recent complaint. I had a call this evening from a person from the bank. She understood my situation and why I wrote the negative complaint a few days ago. She is reversing the charge on my account and I am very pleased. Thank you Nedbank ?
