Port Shepstone Branch - Exceptional Client Experience

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the experience i had at Nedbank Port Shepstone Branch. I went in about a month ago for a funeral cover claim.

Siyanda K and Matthew P, surely understand the true meaning of exceptional client experience.

On my first day in, i was assisted by Siyanda who went above and beyond to ensure i understood the process and am in contact with the right people to have my claim processed. He went on to proactively offer to assist me complete the form and double checked it with me to ensure the details i provided were correct.

With some documents missing on my part, i had to come back later in the week, this time assisted by both Siyanda and Matthew. The team work between the two is out of this world. You can see they both understand that its not just a matter of service delivery but experience too. I know that the branch closes at 16h00 & Matthew also advised this on the call we had. Yet, he went on to call me at 16h09 to advise me about another doc. Knowing how obsessed people can be about "knock-off time" this did not seem to bother him at all. He could have left the process hanging but he exceeded my expectation.

Both the gentlemen displayed great professionalism, knowing well i was not there for a sale but the service alone. This was not my experience alone I am sure. I observed that they treated every client the same, even elderly who knew nothing about Apps still experienced their patience.

even before the branch opens in the morning, they are in the queues asking people how can they be of assistance at open.

May i kindly request that they be acknowledged somehow for their work and receive an incentive to encourage this spirit.
