I got a call from the dept collector asking me for pay my account in errors then told me they will grant me a payment break of 2 months I then paid the amount and even sent a proof of payment to him as per his request

I got a call from another agent who said they will collect my car if I don’t pay the amount outing for 2 months I then explain to her that this was my case she said this is not happening

My problem is the agent called and made that arrangement with me and it’s went from Nedbank ho **** to me with the pretence of helping me My people is that this person collected money from me with lies and gave me false promises

I have sent a request for assistance and no feed back if this guy didn’t have my details which was given by Nedbank I would not be in this situation

My personal details have been miss used and false information was given to me
