poot customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

my debit card have been blocked for month without any reason, went to the bank and was advised they don't know what went wrong ,they gave me customer details and called every day and still had no joy. My account is still blocked !! I need to use the money on the account then I can officially close the account ,I've never experiences this kind of bad service and will surely not open another account with NEDBANK again.
